Is Wags free to use?
Yes, Wags is free. Adoption fees and puppy prices are set by the breeder, shelter, or rescue.
Can providers pay to rank higher?
No. Wags does not offer sponsored placements or pay-to-rank results.

Yes. Ask Kits, our AI concierge, about breeds, temperament, common health issues, and what the first few weeks look like.
What happens after I find a match?
Reach out from the dog's page and Kits contacts the breeder, shelter, or rescue for you.
Does Wags sell or place dogs?
No. The breeder, shelter, or rescue handles the adoption or sale. Wags helps you find the dog and reach out.

Why is my dog or organization on Wags?
Wags helps families find breeders, shelters, and rescues. We create some profiles from information providers publish on their own websites and other public sources.
A profile on Wags doesn't mean the provider has partnered with or endorsed Wags.
If a profile is yours, you can claim it to update its information and manage how it appears on Wags. To request a change or removal, email support@wags.com.
Is Wags using my name to sell dogs?
No. We don't own, breed, house, or sell any dog on Wags, and we never present ourselves as the breeder, shelter, or rescue.

You may already have a page on Wags. Claim it to keep the details accurate.
