Terms and Conditions for Wags, LLC Delivery Programs
We are very pleased that you are interested in becoming a new “Auto Delivery” member ("Member”), or perhaps you are already a Member and want to review the terms of membership. Read about the rules for membership below:
Important Auto-Delivery Terms and Conditions Summary
- The terms and conditions represented here relate to Auto Delivery membership for the options of the programs of this website (this “Website”) and individually known as Totally Wags™ Collagen for Dogs, and Totally Wags™ Collagen for Cats.
- Once enrolled in Wags Auto Delivery program you will receive free shipping plus a 10% discount off your first order and every auto delivery order thereafter. Just select how much and how often from 1- 9 weeks to every 1- 9 month intervals. The choice is yours and you are free to cancel or change your auto delivery for any reason.
- All persons who want to be Members in the Auto Delivery program must register as users on this Website by creating an account, which includes providing your email address as a User ID and creating a password for accessing your account (sometimes called “My Account”).
- The terms and conditions for Auto Delivery and the actual discounts offered may change from time to time. You should review carefully all communications you receive from Wags and connect to this link periodically to keep updated.
Full Terms and Conditions for Participating in Auto-Delivery
- These recurring purchases will occur through “Automatic” (Auto) Delivery of your reorder in the intervals you selected and your credit card will be automatically billed on that basis.
- Note: Auto Delivery Members are not eligible for participation in additional discounts or coupons to be added to their Auto Delivery order.
Additional Terms for Auto Delivery Members
- All Auto Delivery Members receive:
- A 10% discount on each future Auto Delivery reorder.
- Free ground shipping on all regularly scheduled Auto Delivery reorders that are shipped within the contiguous United States.
- Wags Program Specialists are available by email at email@example.com or by phone at 847-231-2350, Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, to assist you with questions you may have.
- You authorize us to bill you through a valid credit card and will provide Wags with all necessary credit card information.
- Wags will store your credit card information in a secure way and automatically bill your credit card as each order is processed.
- Wags will not share this information with any third party unless it is compelled to do so by applicable law.
- You must keep your credit card and other registration information up-to-date. You can do this by going to the "My Account" link on this Website or by speaking with a Program Specialist at the number above. If your credit card declines after a reasonable number of attempts, you will be dropped from the Auto Delivery Program.
- You are required to provide an active, up-to-date email address for communication about your Auto Delivery orders. If your email address changes, update your profile in the My Account section of this Website or contact a Program Specialist at the number above.
- We take steps to keep your personal information secure. However, it is your responsibility to let us know right away if you feel that there has been any unauthorized use of your credit card, registration, or order information, or if there is any other reason you are concerned about use of your credit card or personally identifiable information.
- You are required to provide an active, up-to-date physical address for prompt and accurate delivery of your Auto Delivery orders. If your delivery address changes, update your profile in the My Account section of this Website or contact a Program Specialist at the number above. Failure to notify Wags of your delivery address change before your scheduled Auto Delivery date may result in a non refundable charge if the erroneous delivery is unrecoverable by Wags.
Order Change or Order Cancellation Procedure
You may change your Auto Delivery reorder frequency and still remain an Auto Delivery Member.
- Members may cancel membership anytime, but at least within 5 days before your next reorder date, online in My Account (edit your Enrollment Status) or by either emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org calling a Program Specialist at 847-231-2350, Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST for assistance.
- You cannot change or cancel current orders after processing of any current order has begun.
By joining the Auto Delivery program you agree to these terms and conditions. We want you to be happy. If you're not completely satisfied with anything you purchased from this site, we will gladly offer you a full refund. No questions asked! Simply send back what you don't like within 60 days and follow the instructions in the Shipping and Return Policy. (Shipping costs are nonrefundable.)
