Meet Hugo! This fluffy Great Pyrenees puppy is still building his confidence, and new people and situations can be a bit overwhelming for him. But with the help of other dogs and patient humans, he's making steady progress every day! Hugo's favorite things include other dogs, treats, and taking life at his own pace. He's mostly potty trained and crate trained, and he absolutely loves having a confident canine friend to show him the way. Leashes are still a work in progress; Hugo's preferred response is to flop dramatically onto the ground until it's over. Once he's outside, though, he's happy to walk and enjoy the adventure. Watching Hugo grow more confident is incredibly rewarding. Every wag, every brave step, and every new experience is a reminder of the sweet, gentle dog he's becoming. If you're looking for a loyal companion and have the patience to help him continue to blossom, Hugo is ready to meet you!

Ideal Home

Hugo is looking for a home with a secure fenced yard and another friendly dog. Adopters should understand guardian breeds and be willing to give him the time he needs to settle in.

Ongoing Health

Hugo is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age), and on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Leashes are still a work in progress. Hugo's preferred response is to flop dramatically onto the ground until it's over. He is mostly potty trained and crate trained.
