Oreo is about 9 years old, weighs 8 pounds, and is the sweetest little people pleaser! She is incredibly attentive and looks to her person for guidance throughout the day. Whether you are walking around the house, spending time outside, working, or relaxing on the couch, Oreo will happily follow along as your devoted little shadow. She loves making her humans happy and is very obedient, especially when her reward is a small treat or a tummy rub. In fact, she may seek you out, flop over, and politely request belly scratches! When it is time to relax, Oreo is perfectly content resting calmly in her dog bed or crate while she waits for the next walk, potty break, or play session. Oreo has excellent potty habits and will make sure you know when it is time to go outside--especially if you are running even a few minutes behind her routine!
Ideal Home
Oreo would be happiest in a home with someone who works from home, is retired, or is around most of the day, as she becomes very distressed when separated from her person.
Ongoing Health
Oreo is still healing from the conditions of her previous life. She currently has some patchy fur and is receiving antimicrobial and antifungal treatment, along with medicated baths every other day. She is making progress and is well on her way to feeling her very best!
Training & Support
Oreo is a very obedient dog who responds well to treats and belly rubs. She has excellent potty habits.
