About Amy

Amy is a laid-back, medium-sized lady who enjoys a good balance of companionship and her own space. She was found as a stray and may have had a rough start, but you wouldn't know it from her sweet disposition. Amy loves attention and is happy to snuggle up with her favorite person. She's also up for an adventure, enjoying hikes and walks to explore new surroundings. While she likes other dogs and they like her, she's not always in the mood for playtime and is happy to be the queen of her castle, especially if that means being your one and only snuggle buddy.

Ideal Home

Amy would love a home with a securely fenced yard, as she can be an escape artist. She'd also be happy being the only dog in the household.

Ongoing Health

Amy has some missing teeth and a slightly crooked head, which are believed to be from past trauma or abuse. These do not seem to affect her current well-being or happiness.

Training & Support

Amy is house-trained. Her independent nature means she's happy to entertain herself, but also loves quality time with her human.
