Rocket is pure sunshine in dog form! This outgoing, happy, 54 lb Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix, estimated to be born around 6/8/21, LOVES adventures. Whether it’s long walks, cuddle sessions, or hopping in the car for a ride, he's your guy. His favorite move? Resting his nose sweetly on your shoulder as your perfect travel buddy. He’s already proven to be a social superstar. At a baseball watch party at a local bar, Rocket soaked up the attention and made friends with everyone he met. This boy truly knows no strangers! He has even met his foster mother’s 1-year-old granddaughter and was a little excited, but still very sweet. Rocket’s journey hasn’t been easy. He and his two sisters were heartbreakingly left behind when their owners moved away. Despite it all, Rocket has held onto his big heart and even bigger smile, now he’s ready for the forever family he deserves. He's a big guy with strong muscles and an even stronger spirit, making him the most perfect adventure buddy for walking, hiking, camping, and car rides. He’s up for it all, especially the snuggles afterwards. He's so much fun and sweet to love on.
Ideal Home
Rocket would love an active home where he can join you on all your adventures. He has shown to be good with kids and dogs.
Ongoing Health
Rocket is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
Training & Support
Rocket is kennel and potty trained. He has also shown to be good with children and other dogs. He is eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

Transporation
Rocket is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is available to nearby towns or states, as well as Eastern and Western states. Transport services operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. You will be able to track your dog's transport using the Life360 app and receive updates. You can also stay informed via Facebook chats.
