Chance

Meet Chance! This precious boy is a 6-8 month old lab mix who has a harrowing story. Chance was found in a wire crate abandoned on the side of the road. Upon closer look, Chance was discovered to likely have been hit by a car. He suffered from intense road rash and a severely broken front leg which had to be amputated. Now, he is healing in a wonderful foster home! He is friendly, affectionate, SO happy, and just a darling boy despite his ordeal. He loves other dogs, is food motivated, and eager to please.

Ideal Home

Chance loves playing with other dogs and has enjoyed meeting children, so a home with a dog-friendly canine friend and/or gentle children would be a wonderful fit.

Ongoing Health

Chance is recovering from an amputated front leg due to a past injury. He is adjusting wonderfully to life on three legs.

Training & Support

Chance is doing really well with kennel training and house training, with only a few accidents. He is eager to please and food motivated, which will be great assets in his continued training journey.

Transporation

We are located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
