Jeff was rescued in Puerto Rico and is now getting his second chance at a wonderful life! This sweet little guy is 2 years old and weighs just 12 lbs. He's a friendly, lovable Shih Tzu/Dachshund mix who is ready to find a family of his own. Could that be you?
