Meet Joey! This handsome 4-year-old Doodle is looking for a quiet sanctuary to call his own. He's made amazing progress in his foster home and is ready for his next chapter as a cherished companion. Joey is a low-key, incredibly well-behaved boy who is content to just lay at your feet. He's also a cat-friendly fellow, not bothering the resident kitties at all!

Ideal Home

Joey is a sensitive soul who is highly attached to his foster mom. He is still quite guarded and nervous around men and fast movements. He would thrive in a quiet, calm, and predictable home environment, free from loud noises or hyper activity. A home without young children is also a must for Joey. He needs a patient adopter, ideally female, who understands that building trust takes time and is prepared to let him bond at his own slow pace. Once Joey feels safe and secure, his happy-go-lucky, sweet personality truly shines, and he'll be a loyal companion.

Training & Support

Joey has excellent house manners, is completely trustworthy, non-destructive, and is fully crate-trained. He's great on his daily walks and thrives on a predictable routine. His adopter should be prepared to continue with his positive reinforcement training and provide him with the patient guidance he needs to feel secure.
