Phil

Phil is a gentle, affectionate 3-year-old Terrier/Chihuahua mix weighing 27 pounds. Rescued from a hoarding case involving 39 dogs, he is trusting, sweet, and happiest curled up in a loving lap.

Ideal Home

Phil gets along wonderfully with other dogs and can be adopted by families with children. No fenced yard is required. Residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island cannot adopt at this time due to import regulations.

Ongoing Health

Phil is heartworm negative. His adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccines, spay/neuter, and a microchip.
