Monk DnD

Meet Monk, a playful and affectionate five-month-old Lab/German Shepherd mix! This goofy puppy loves cuddling, toys, zoomies, wrestling with dog friends, and following his favorite people from room to room. He is thriving in a foster home with more than five dogs and enjoys meeting new people.

Monk would do best with a playful canine companion and a fenced yard to help him build confidence on leash and in new places. He has done wonderfully with cats and may peacefully coexist with feline friends.

Ongoing Health

His adoption fee includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm testing and treatment if needed, spay/neuter, a microchip with lifetime registration, and a health certificate for travel.

Training & Support

Monk is fully crate trained and almost completely potty trained. He is still building confidence with leash walking and unfamiliar places. Adoption includes behavioral information from staff trainers, a private online training session, and additional adopter support and discounts.

Nationwide USDA-certified transport is available with 24/7 care, real-time journey tracking, photo updates, and drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA; Buffalo, NY; or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 transportation surcharge applies.
