Mae

Mae is a sweet girl who was affected by a fire and is now looking for her forever home. She is slowly coming back to life and starting to show her playful side. Mae loves food, especially treats, and gets along with other dogs after a proper adjustment period. She is also great with a toddler. Mae can be a bit timid if approached too quickly, so she does best when allowed to approach on her own terms. She has some sensitivity along her back where her burn scars are healing, so she needs someone gentle, patient, and understanding. Once Mae trusts you, she wants to be part of everything and just belong. She is young, around 1-2 years old, and has a lot of life ahead of her.
