Acorn

Acorn is a charming Chihuahua mix pup, approximately 4 months old, who came to us from another rescue. He's part of a delightful litter that includes his siblings, Birch, Moss, Fern, and Thistle. Acorn is ready to find his forever family and embark on a lifetime of adventures!

Ideal Home

Acorn would thrive in a loving home environment where he can learn and grow. Since he hasn't lived in a home before, he will need patience and guidance as he adjusts to new routines.

Ongoing Health

Acorn is up-to-date on all his veterinary care, including vaccinations, microchipping, and he has been started on heartworm preventative. He will also be spayed before adoption.

Training & Support

Acorn will need to learn house-training and other basic commands as he settles into a home. We recommend continuing his training with positive reinforcement methods to help him build confidence and good habits.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Please do not set up an appointment to meet animals until you are ready to take your pet home.
• If a match is made, you can often take your new companion home the same day or within a few days. We are unable to hold pets for adopters.
• We have a 30-day trial period. If for any reason the adoption doesn't work out within the first 30 days, your adoption fee will be refunded minus $100 upon the return of the pet.
• We also require that pets be returned to us at any time you are unable or unwilling to care for them.

Transportation

Acorn is located in Mukwonago, WI. Adopters must be willing to travel to Mukwonago, WI, to meet and adopt. We do not offer transportation services for our pets.
