Cinnamon is a sweet adult female Dachshund mix who is seeking her forever home. She was found in a sad situation, abandoned in a camper with six other dogs. They were left in extreme heat with very little food and no access to the outdoors. Despite her difficult past, Cinnamon is very affectionate and eager to connect with people. She is still learning about life in a home and is making progress with her house training in our care.
Ideal Home
Cinnamon would do best in a home that understands she has a lot to learn and can provide her with patience and love. She is not suited for a home with children, but she does get along with other dogs. A meet and greet with any resident dogs is recommended. She is not a good fit for homes with cats.
Ongoing Health
Cinnamon is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She is currently learning to be housebroken.
Training & Support
Cinnamon is still working on her house training and will need continued support in her new home. She has shown that she is not a good fit for households with children.
