Meet Rusty!

Rusty is a handsome 1-year-old Husky/Aussie mix with a heart as big as his smile. He was rescued from a euthanasia list and has been given a second chance at finding the forever family he deserves. Rusty is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. He loves spending time outdoors, especially with a rope toy, but once he's burned off some energy, he's happiest curled up next to his people. Being with his humans is his favorite, and he's always ready for cuddles or to simply hang out by your side.

Training & Support

Rusty is a smart boy who loves to learn. He already knows "sit" and "come," and is quickly catching on to "stay" and "lay down." He's potty trained, walks well on a leash, rides great in the car, and settles nicely in his kennel at night. He'll let you know if someone is around by barking a bit in the backyard, but he's not an excessive barker.
