Misty is a majestic lady, large and in charge! At approximately 2.5 to 3 years old and weighing around 74lbs, she's already spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and housetrained. She's also on Proheart injection for heartworm prevention, ensuring she stays healthy and happy. Misty is a special girl who requires a steady hand and consistent structure. She's looking for an experienced owner who understands the importance of continued training to help her build confidence and overcome a lack of early socialization. Misty is naturally a bit introverted, so her ideal home will be a quiet sanctuary where she can feel secure and focused. She needs to be the only pet in the home and would do best without young children. She absolutely loves car rides and is slowly being introduced to new environments, starting with quiet parks and gradually working towards busier places. Though initially insecure, Misty is very intelligent, eager to please, and incredibly protective of her chosen people. She's strong without being stubborn and can appear intimidating, but once she trusts you, she is incredibly loving and loyal. Building that special bond will take time, but the reward is a devoted companion who will be utterly devoted to you.
