Kathy is a delightful 4-year-old, 26-pound feist mix who is as friendly as they come! She absolutely adores cuddles and will happily settle in your lap. Kathy has been a wonderful foster with other dogs and gets along famously with them. She's eager to find her forever family and start her next chapter.
