Chook AKA Chaz JuM

Hey there, I'm Chook, but you can call me Chaz JuM! I'm a handsome Bully Breed mix with a velvety red coat and the cutest, quirkest ears. I'm a compact pup, weighing in at about 42 pounds, and I'm ready for my next adventure! My foster parents are dog trainers, which means I've been learning all sorts of fun things like "sit," "down," and my favorite command, "place!" I'm also getting the hang of walking nicely on a leash. I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I'm a goofy, energetic bundle of joy. I love to play and zoom around the backyard like a silly goose!

Ideal Home

I'd do well in a home with older teens, but I'm not the best fit for homes with young children due to my playful, mouthy style. I'm very social with other dogs and would love to have canine companions, though I can be a bit pushy sometimes – but I'm easily corrected! I haven't been tested with cats yet.

Ongoing Health

I'm currently healthy and ready to go!

Training & Support

I've got some great foundation skills thanks to my foster parents, but I'm still learning. My mouthy play style is something to be aware of, but with guidance, I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. I’m eager to please and love to learn!
