- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Once your application is approved, you'll receive an "Approval Letter" followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
- The Transport Roster Information form will guide you in selecting your pickup location and will provide links to pay the $75 transport fee.
- The $100 adoption fee is due upon pickup.

Rolo is currently in Texarkana, Texas. He can be transported to one of the following locations for an additional $75 fee:

- Bloomington, Illinois

- Madison, Wisconsin
You also have the option to pick Rolo up directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas, after your application has been approved. Estimated pickup times will be provided, and you'll receive a live Google Map link to follow the transport's progress. Pickups are in the parking lot areas of PetSmart locations.
