Well, bless her little heart, this sweet and goofy southern belle is fixin' to make friends everywhere she goes. Miss Scarlett gives a big, happy howdy to every human and dog she meets - male and female, big and small, young and old. She adjusts her style to the playmate, faster than greased lightning with her quick besties, or slower than molasses in January with the graying gramps. Often commended for her social skills, and apathetic to cats, she could probably also make a feline friend with proper introductions. If none of her playmates are handy, this girl is easily exercised with a rousing game of fetch.
O'Hara, she's smart as all get-out, ringing a bell to go out, listening well to directions, walking nicely on leash (even learning to "heel"!), relaxing in her crate, and staying quiet as a church mouse. This classy little lady doesn't resource guard, counter surf, jump up, lick faces, or sniff private parts. Going on an adventure? She'll go whole hog, her excitement plain as day with little leaps and twirls. Putterin' around the house? When she's not "supervising", this easy-going girl will entertain herself because she loves toys like a miser loves gold - especially chew toys. Working at your desk or relaxing on the couch? Miss Scarlett sleeps like a log with paws - preferably lodged in close to you. Eager to please, she "comes" when other humans are calling their own dogs. And like a true antebellum aggie, watermelon is her favorite snack.
I do declare, Miss Scarlett is sweet as peach cobbler so if you're looking for a charming new family member, I'd get to gettin' because she won't be available for long!

Miss Scarlett is a social butterfly and would likely enjoy a home with other friendly dogs and is apathetic to cats, so she may be able to make a feline friend with proper introductions.
