Venus is a sweet, affectionate 5-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/Lab mix who weighs about 45 pounds. She loves people, outdoor adventures, water play, car rides, toys, and relaxing beside her favorite person.
Ideal Home
Venus has enjoyed living with other dogs and loves playful canine companions. She would do best in a cat-free home or with very dog-savvy cats, as she shows a strong interest in chasing cats. While she has not met young children, her foster believes she could do well with older, respectful kids who understand boundaries.

Venus is spayed and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Venus is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and she can be trusted loose in the home. She is still working on leash manners and can pull, but she is learning quickly and is very food motivated. She does best eating separately with a slow feeder. She enjoys daily walks, nature trails, water, car rides, and playtime.

Transportation
Transport runs every few weeks, with Venus traveling on the next available transport once an adopter is approved.
