Roo is a sweet, silly, and playful Plott Hound/Terrier mix who loves water, walks beautifully on leash, and enjoys making people smile. She may be shy when meeting new people, but with a proper introduction and a little time, she blossoms into a loyal, affectionate best friend. Roo has had a difficult start in the shelter, yet she remains loving and full of life. She would be a wonderful companion for someone ready to help her feel safe and confident.
