He's a velcro dog who loves his people unconditionally and will likely be right underfoot, bringing laughter and joy into your home. Frankie would do best as the only dog in the family. While he's not dog-aggressive, he has a quirk that's currently being worked on, and we believe he'll be happiest as the sole canine companion.
