Beau

Meet Beau! He's a 40 lb hound mix with a heart full of love, ready to find his forever family. Beau is a sweet boy who enjoys car rides and is great with kids. He's up-to-date on shots, neutered, and microchipped. Beau is housetrained and crate trained, and he does need a special slow feeder bowl to help him enjoy his meals.

Ideal Home

Beau would do best as the only dog in the home, as he is dog selective and not comfortable with cats. He can be initially fearful of men and strangers, but with a calm introduction, he warms up quickly. He needs an active adopter who will include him in their daily life and a home with a yard and a stockade fence.

Ongoing Health

Beau is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Beau is housetrained and crate trained. He will need a slow feeder bowl to manage his eating habits. Due to his initial fear of men and strangers, a patient and understanding adopter will be key to helping him feel secure.
