Sophie

Sophie is an affectionate and gentle 8-year-old lap dog who is always ready for pets and snuggles. She was surrendered to Frosted Faces Foundation after her owner's health declined. Sophie is sweet to other dogs and cats, and she's happy to share a bed with a canine friend.

Ideal Home

Sophie would thrive in a home where she can be close to her person. She greatly prefers to sleep with her human and enjoys cuddles and soothing talk to help her feel reassured.

Ongoing Health

Sophie is generally in good health.

Training & Support

Sophie is house-trained, having only had one accident when she first arrived due to the stress of a new environment. She is also good at being left alone for up to four hours at a time. She responds well to her name, kiss sounds, and a bell used with the word "treats."

Sophie is located at Frosted Faces Foundation. We are able to transport dogs to adopters within a 5-hour radius of San Diego.
