Mable

Mable is a sweet and shy 1-year-old Shepherd mix who weighs around 33 pounds. She's spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. Mable is currently with her mom, Paprika, and they are a bonded pair who do best when together. Mable can be very shy when meeting new people, so multiple visits might be necessary to help her feel comfortable. Once she warms up, she's friendly and curious, enjoying affection and attention. She's not overly interested in toys and would likely be a happy couch potato.

Ideal Home

Mable and Paprika should go to a home together. They should not be placed in a home with cats. Older children would be a better fit than younger or toddler-aged children.

Mable is shy upon meeting new people. Multiple visits may be needed to help her adjust.

• You can visit the shelter Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. for a kennel walkthrough.
• No same-day adoptions are available.
• An approved adoption application is required to schedule a meet and greet.
• Adoption applications can be picked up at the shelter or printed from our website.
