Jasper Roo is a playful, curious, affectionate puppy with a scruffy face and a zest for life. He loves adventures, toys, kiddie pools, and following his people from room to room. After his zoomies, he is happy to settle beside you for affection.
Ideal Home
Jasper is looking for a family ready for the fun and responsibility of raising a puppy. He is outgoing and friendly with people and has done beautifully with both large and small dogs in his foster home. He is also reported to be good with cats and children. Based on his parents, who both weigh under 35 pounds, he is expected to remain on the smaller side as an adult.
Ongoing Health
Jasper’s adoption fee includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm testing and treatment if needed, neuter, a microchip with lifetime registration, and a travel health certificate.
Training & Support
Jasper is quiet in his crate most of the time but may occasionally vocalize when he thinks he is missing out. Like any growing puppy, he will benefit from consistency, patience, positive reinforcement, and continued training. Support includes crate training, potty training, leash walking, behavioral information, and access to training resources.

Nationwide USDA-certified transport is available with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, and IL, as well as Canada. A $87 transportation surcharge applies. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA; Buffalo, NY; or Brattleboro, VT.
