Wriggly is a charming 7-month-old Shih Poo who weighs about 7.5 pounds. He's a social butterfly who absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. You'll often find him happily playing with his toys and his canine companions. Wriggly is also a great traveler and rides nicely in the car!
Ideal Home
Wriggly would thrive in a home that understands his unique needs and can provide him with patience and love as he continues to learn.
Ongoing Health
Wriggly has no vision in his left eye and is borderline for dry eye in both eyes. He currently receives lubricant gel three times daily, which will likely be a lifelong treatment. He has a re-check with an ophthalmologist scheduled for late April or early May. Additionally, Wriggly's eyes twitch, indicating a potential neurological condition, and we are seeking a consultation with a neurologist.
Training & Support
We are actively working on housebreaking and leash walking with Wriggly, but progress is happening slowly. Consistent reinforcement and positive training methods will be key to his success in these areas.
