Wriggly

Wriggly is a delightful 7-month-old Shih Poo, weighing in at 7 1/2 pounds. He's a social butterfly who adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Wriggly enjoys playing with his toys and is a good traveler, riding nicely in the car. We're diligently working on his housebreaking and leash walking skills, though progress is a bit slow.

Ideal Home

Wriggly would thrive in a home that can provide him with patience and understanding as he continues his training.

Ongoing Health

Wriggly has no vision in his left eye and is borderline for dry eye in both eyes. He currently receives a lubricant gel three times daily, a treatment likely needed for life. He will need a re-check with an ophthalmologist in late April or early May. Additionally, his eyes twitch, which may indicate a neurological condition, and he is scheduled for a consultation with a neurologist. Wriggly is up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative, microchipped, and neutered.
