Mr. Buffy

Meet Mr. Buffy, an 8-year-old, 40-pound beagle mix who is the perfect blend of cuddly companion and vigilant neighborhood watch! He's a pro at relaxation, with his favorite pastimes being snoozing in bed, claiming his favorite chair for naps, and generally testing all the coziest spots in the house. He's a calm, easygoing fellow who thrives on quality time with his family.

However, once he's outside, Mr. Buffy transforms into the head of the Rabbit & Squirrel Patrol Unit, keeping a close eye on any critters in the yard! While he enjoys a leisurely stroll around the block, he's perfectly content to let you know when his walking duties are complete, often by dramatically flopping down.

Ideal Home

Mr. Buffy is house-trained, crate-trained (though he doesn't require one), and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. He's also good with children and enjoys trips to the dog park. While he's gentle and loving with everyone, his ideal home would feature older children who appreciate a quieter companion and enjoy plenty of cuddle time.

Mr. Buffy is up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventive care, as covered by the adoption donation.

Training & Support

Mr. Buffy is a house-trained and crate-trained dog. A minor point to be aware of is his enthusiasm for food; if unattended on counters, he views it as an invitation to "clean up." His personal philosophy is that counter surfing is simply quality control!
