Brooklyn Cherry would do best in a home with a moderately playful dog who enjoys a good romp and also likes to relax. If you don't have other dogs, she'd also be a fantastic solo dog, as she's a social butterfly who can entertain herself and doesn't require constant companionship to feel comfortable. A family that enjoys an active lifestyle, including hikes and perhaps even running, and also appreciates quiet cuddle time after a day of adventure would be ideal. A big backyard for her to stretch her legs and enjoy the outdoors would be a dream!

Training & Support

She has a decent recall and is fairly easy to walk on a leash, though she might pull occasionally out of excitement – this is easily correctable. She's potty and crate trained and eager to learn more, making her a great candidate for an adventure buddy on walks, hikes, or even as a running partner.

Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track their journey in real-time and receive photo updates.
