Meet Apple!
This tiny, cream-colored Chihuahua mix is as sweet as pie. At approximately 10 weeks old, Apple is ready to find his forever home and start living the big life. He was surrendered alongside a few other Chihuahuas, but while he's starting a brand-new chapter, his playful, resilient spirit is already shining through.
Apple's two major loves in life are cozy dog beds and plenty of toys. Whether he is chewing on his favorite orange ball or guarding his spiky green toy, this little pup knows how to keep himself entertained. He is a curious, playful, and incredibly affectionate pup who loves to explore his surroundings on his tiny paws. He's also a master of winding down, and will happily curl up in the warmest lap he can find for a long, cozy nap.
Ideal Home
Because Apple is just a baby, he will need a family dedicated to all things puppyhood. He's ready to learn his basic manners, master potty training, and experience the world safely. Apple would be a great companion for individuals, couples, or families with gentle children who understand how small and fragile a young puppy can be. He has been around other Chihuahuas and would likely do well with a resident dog to show him the ropes, or he can thrive as your one-and-only spotlight stealer. Proper, slow introductions to cats should go smoothly at this age. If you have plenty of love, patience, and a cozy spot on the couch, Apple is ready to sweeten up your life.

Apple is currently located in Houston, Texas. Out-of-state families shouldn't let distance get in the way, as transport is fully included in his adoption fee. Residents of MA, CT, VT, MD, NJ, IL, OH, MI, WI, MN, MO, ID, UT, OR, and WA may apply.
