Sophie Hanson Senior

Meet Sophie! Sophie is a sweet, 9-year-old spayed female Husky with a heart of gold. She spent her early years outside, but has since discovered the joys of indoor living and is blossoming in her foster home. Sophie is a bit shy but very affectionate, enjoying the simple pleasures of a soft bed, air conditioning, and gentle attention. She is a gentle soul who will happily follow you around, soaking up all the love. She is doing wonderfully with cats and is slowly but surely getting used to other dogs, with introductions still in progress.

Ideal Home

Sophie would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. She's already shown she's great with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sophie is recovering from a urinary tract infection, a severe ear infection, and some skin allergies, all of which are being treated and she is already feeling much better! She has been updated on all her vaccines and is heartworm negative with no intestinal parasites.

Training & Support

Sophie is still working on her confidence with other dogs, so patient introductions will be key. She is otherwise a shy and easy-going girl who just wants to be part of the family.
