Gina

Gina is an 8-month-old, 56lb spayed female Belgian Malinois mix who was found abandoned and alone on the streets. She's been given a second chance at life by her wonderful foster family and is now ready to find her forever home!

Ideal Home

Gina would thrive in an active home with someone who will play with her daily. She would do best with older, dog-savvy children (10 and up) as she can be jumpy when excited and doesn't realize her own size. She would also enjoy living with another dog to keep her company and help her burn off energy. A home without cats is recommended as she gets a bit too excited by neighborhood kitties.

Training & Support

Gina is crate trained and can be left for up to 8 hours with no accidents. She walks well on a leash and shows no signs of separation anxiety. She is currently working on house training and needs guidance on appropriate chewing behaviors, as she is in the "puppy velociraptor stage." Slow introductions to new dogs are recommended due to a past negative experience.
