Buddy Holly is a 5-year-old, neutered male Lab mix with an iconic personality. He's incredibly dog-friendly and loves people, always ready for a good time. His favorite activities include playing outdoors, soaking up the sun, and being the center of attention. He's eager to find a loving home where he can share his endless supply of love and tail wags.

Ideal Home

Buddy Holly thrives in an environment with lots of outdoor play and sunshine. He enjoys the company of other dogs and is very people-oriented.

Ongoing Health

All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, flea prevention, and heartworm testing/prevention, has been completed.

Training & Support

Buddy Holly is well-socialized and has had basic training, including leash work and commands, as part of his preparation for adoption. He's a rescue animal and will benefit from continued training and understanding as he settles into his new home.

Transporation

Buddy Holly is available for adoption in TX, VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, WA, & OH. He can be transported to a location near you. Transport is available via comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff providing care en route. You can follow his journey on a private Facebook Event page. The adoption fee for transported pets is $75, which covers transport and all vetting. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, the adoption fee is $75.
