Meet Rumi, a loving, affectionate angel with the spirit of a tiny outlaw! Rumi's favorite pastimes include showering her favorite people with kisses, making new friends, and embarking on exciting adventures. She approaches every day with boundless energy, ready for anything from walks and playtime to simply following you around the house.

A quick note on Rumi's zest for freedom: she views leashes as a suggestion rather than a rule, fences as a fun challenge, and closed gates as an irresistible mystery. If left unsupervised in a yard, she might just decide she has important business elsewhere! We're pretty sure if Rumi had thumbs, she'd have mastered escape artistry already.

Ideal Home

Rumi's ideal family will appreciate her loving heart, hilarious personality, and her commitment to living life at maximum speed. She will provide endless entertainment, unconditional love, and a daily reminder to double-check those gate latches! She has lived with a kitty, but a slow introduction will be needed.

Rumi views leashes as a negotiation and fences as a challenge. She will require a family that understands her adventurous spirit and is committed to securing her environment. We recommend a meet and greet for dogs and children, as her interactions with them are unknown.
