Bert

Bert is a handsome, 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees with a confident and independent spirit. He's spent his young life on a farm, gaining valuable experience with a variety of animals including cats, sheep, turkeys, ducks, chickens, and cows. While he has farm experience, Bert is seeking a role as a cherished family dog rather than a working companion. He's incredibly food-motivated and is eager to become your new best friend.

Ongoing Health

Bert is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. He will receive a health exam and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure. He will also be current on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

As a food-motivated pup, Bert is a great candidate for continued training.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fee for out-of-state adopters is $300 plus transport. This fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.
• We reserve the right to deny any application deemed unsuitable for the animal.

Transporation

Bert is currently being fostered in Texas. We can arrange transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
