Cassie

Cassie is a nearly 5-year-old female Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer mix who weighs about 10 lbs. She's a sweet girl and an ultimate Velcro pup who loves being close to her people and thrives on companionship and affection. Cassie looks bigger in photos than she is, but her small size makes her an ideal lap dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors and would love a home with a fenced yard.

Ideal Home

Cassie would do best in a home where someone is present more often than not, such as someone who works from home or is newly retired. She loves to snuggle and wants to share the couch and bedroom with her person. Due to her tendency to stay close and potentially get underfoot, she might not be the best fit for older seniors. Cassie gets along well with other dogs but would also be happy as the only pet.
