Mitzie is a 7-year-old queen of a dog, with a distinguished lineage of Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen and Havanese. She carries herself with regal grace and possesses the manners to match. Mitzie is already house-trained, knows how to use a dog door, and walks beautifully on a leash. Even when other dogs are barking, she remains remarkably calm. To get your attention, she'll offer a gentle nose boop – no demands, just a subtle invitation for pets and affection. Initially a little reserved, her shyness lasts only a minute before she's happily snuggling next to you, a 26-pound bundle of pure love. She adapts easily to new situations and would be the perfect lap dog for a lucky human.

Mitzie would be ideal for a senior (or younger) adopter who desires an affectionate and mellow companion. She would also be happy to snuggle with you in bed all night long.
