Grandella

Grandella is a new arrival, and we're still getting to know this sweet pup! Stay tuned for more information as we learn about her. She's a medium-sized, female adult Pit Bull Terrier mix with beautiful brown and white/cream coloring.

Ongoing Health

Grandella is not yet spayed/neutered and has not yet been vaccinated. We will ensure she is spayed/neutered and vaccinated before she goes to her forever home.

Training & Support

Grandella is not yet house-trained. We will provide more guidance on her training needs as we get to know her better.

Application Details:

• Applications to adopt Grandella start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present to meet dogs, especially those under 18 and any decision-makers.
• We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets for your current dog(s) to meet Grandella at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s). Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.

Transportation

Grandella is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to adopt the day you visit, please plan to arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm will still be able to view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.
