Run, don't walk, because Onyx Baby is here and he won't be available for long! This sweet boy is as adorable as he is charming, with a face that will melt your heart and floppy ears that are simply perfect.

Onyx Baby is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 7 months old and weighing 33 lbs. As with any rescue, his exact breed and age are a mystery, but his personality is pure gold!

Ideal Home

Onyx Baby would thrive in a home with another dog to be his companion, as he truly shines when he has a canine friend to follow around like a little brother. He's also done wonderfully with cats, showing respect and calmness around them. A backyard would be a bonus for him to romp and play, but he's just as happy being a couch potato snuggler. We haven't seen him around children yet, but we're happy to arrange a test to see if he'd be a great family dog! We are willing to test Onyx Baby with anything you need to ensure he's the perfect fit.

Ongoing Health

Onyx Baby is a healthy boy. He comes fully vetted, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, deworming, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection.

Training & Support

Onyx Baby is a smart cookie and eager to please, already knowing basic commands like "sit" and taking treats gently. He's crate trained and is doing very well with potty training, though he may have occasional accidents if left for long hours. He's a great candidate for further training, which will be a wonderful bonding experience.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies for transportation.
