He was found neglected, which has made him a bit shy and cautious around new people and loud noises. He's not broken, just in need of a patient soul to show him that the world can be a kind and loving place. Vinny is a quiet observer who will slowly build trust, and his first happy tail wag will be a reward beyond measure. He'll be the loyal companion who cherishes the safety and comfort of sleeping beside you. Puppies like Vinny might be overlooked for more boisterous ones, but the journey of earning his trust and seeing him thrive will be incredibly rewarding.
