Meet Rivers, a happy, sensitive, and absolutely adorable pup with a naturally stubby tail and double dew claws! Estimated to be born in October 2022, he's likely a smart mix of Australian Shepherd and Shepherd. Rivers is a quick learner who already knows commands like "sit," "wait," "crate," and "here," and he walks nicely on a leash, though he's always eager to perfect his skills. His intelligence means he thrives with clear communication and consistent, positive reinforcement training. Rivers adores being with his people and gets along well with dogs he knows, showing little to no alert barking towards strangers, and is easily redirected. He's a joyful companion made of loyalty and smarts, truly a heart dog waiting for his forever family.

Ideal Home

Rivers needs a home with a securely fenced yard that is at least 5 feet high, as he can climb a 4-foot fence. He also requires a sturdy, high-quality crate for when he's not supervised. This intelligent pup does best without children in the home.
