Meet Legend, a 3-year-old mixed breed with a heart of gold and a playful spirit. Originally adopted in April 2022, Legend was returned in February 2025 due to a housing change, and he's now looking for his forever home. Though he's a little shy when you first meet him, once Legend opens up, he's the sweetest, most affectionate companion you could ask for. With his playful nature and gentle personality, he's ready to find a family who will give him the time and love he needs to truly shine. Legend is a dog who knows his own mind. His discomfort with certain people is relatively fixed, and he needs a family that won't pressure him to interact with strangers or force him into social situations where he is showing anxiety.

Ideal Home

Legend is seeking a calm, loving environment where he can feel safe and comfortable. He is looking for a loving family who will give him the space to settle in and the time to build trust. He needs a home where he can enjoy plenty of playtime, curl up in a warm, fluffy bed, receive and give endless affection, and companionship as he blossoms into the wonderful dog he is. Legend is social with other dogs.
