Jay

Hi there! I’m Jay, a sweet and snuggly 3-year-old Shih Tzu boy who weighs in at a perfectly portable 15 lbs. I’m pretty much the total package – I’m housebroken, I know lots of commands (I’m basically a genius!), and I’m great with kids! I LOVE playing out in the yard, and belly rubs are my love language. I’m just an all-around sweet guy who would happily spend all day curled up in your lap.

Ideal Home

A home with a lap, a yard, and room in your heart for one more sweetheart is my dream! While I’m great with other small pups, especially my fellow Shih Tzus, I’m happiest being the biggest dog in the house and wouldn’t mind being the only dog. A home without large dog siblings would be my perfect match. If you’ve got a furry sibling at home, a meet-and-greet will be a must so we can make sure it’s a good match for everyone. Also, because I do like to use my voice, condo living isn’t the best fit for me.

Ongoing Health

I’m a healthy boy and I’ve been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I take my job as official doorbell and outside-noise alert system very seriously, so if someone’s coming or going, you’ll know about it! I’m also housebroken and know lots of commands.
