Sunshine

Sunshine, a pit bull/chiweenie mix, was born during the April 2023 eclipse. This under-40-pound pup has short legs, a big personality, and an even bigger love for walks, hard toys, hoodies, burgers, and pup cups. He is crate trained, loyal, and affectionate once he warms up to you. Sunshine is happiest when he's hanging out with his people and will reward your patience with endless love and devotion!

Ideal Home

Sunshine would thrive in an experienced, adult-only home. He would do well as the only pet or with a calm, larger female dog after a slow introduction. He is not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sunshine is up to date on vaccines, rabies, and monthly prevention. He has tested heartworm negative and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Sunshine is crate trained. He may need a little time, patience, and space to warm up to new people.
