Rusty was found as a stray and is about a year and a half old. He's a loyal, smart, and energetic boy who is excited about life, and his happy personality shines through in his photos! Rusty takes behavioral cues from other dogs and would likely do well with a canine companion. He is incredibly strong, so he will need an owner who is willing to work with him and provide consistent guidance. He is already housetrained, crate trained, and knows the "sit" command. Rusty would love an active owner to take him on adventures. We have no doubt he will easily steal your heart and become your best friend!
