Rufus

Rufus is a 1.8-year-old mixed breed with an estimated blend of Lab, Cattle Dog, and other breeds. He was rescued from a Texas kill shelter just in time and is described as an incredibly sweet boy with a sturdy frame, soulful eyes, and a gentle heart. Rufus is social with other dogs of all sizes and has shown no aggression towards farm animals, even showing affection to pigs. He walks beautifully on a leash and is eager to please, making walks a joy. Rufus is also a loving companion who enjoys giving kisses and leaning into his people for affection.

Rufus is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is heartworm positive but has already begun slow-kill treatment.
