Meet JoJo, our handsome tuxedo boy!

Affectionately known as "Baby" by his foster family, JoJo is a special guy looking for his furever person. He was rescued from a city kill shelter, where volunteers pleaded for us to save him, and we're so glad we did. While we don't know much about his past, we know he lived with an elderly woman who was too sick to care for him and ultimately surrendered him to the shelter.

Baby JoJo has made incredible strides in his foster home. He knows all his basic commands: sit, down, stay, and let's go—and loves his walks around the neighborhood. His favorite thing is to cuddle up with his foster dad, and he gives all his love in return. He's incredibly affectionate and loyal once he feels safe, and will show you his gentle soul. He is 5 years old, 68 lbs, and we believe he's a Pittie and Labrador mix. He has so much potential and just needs a patient person to give him the forever home he deserves.

Ideal Home

He needs a patient and experienced adopter who can give him time to warm up to new people. He is looking for an adult-only, quiet home where he can be a solo dog without a lot of visitors. A closed fenced yard would be a dream come true for him to run and play in!

Ongoing Health

JoJo is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

He knows all his basic commands: sit, down, stay, and let's go. He loves his walks around the neighborhood.
