Meet Buzz Basil Toy Story! This adorable 1-month-old pup is thought to be a German Shepherd/Jack Russell Terrier mix, though his exact breed is a mystery. He's a tiny pup with a big personality, a striking black-and-brown coat, a little white chest, and soulful puppy eyes. Buzz is currently living in a busy foster home with dogs, cats, and children, where he's learning to be a confident and well-rounded companion. He spends his days wrestling with his siblings, exploring new scents, mastering the art of the puppy nap, and generally being incredibly cute. Buzz is ready to grow into a loyal hiking buddy, a cozy couch companion, and your best friend.

Ideal Home

Buzz will need a family committed to training, socialization, patience, and consistency to help him grow into a wonderful adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Buzz is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He will also receive a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative and a heartworm test.

Training & Support

We require adopters to begin crate training immediately to support potty training, confidence building, and healthy routines from the start.

Transportation

Buzz is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. This includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, and IL. Transport to Canada is available with pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
