Jasper is a happy, affectionate, people-loving puppy who enjoys other dogs, toys, bones, belly rubs, and cuddling. He is good on a leash and potty trained. After arriving at the shelter very underweight, he is gaining strength and rebuilding muscle. Jasper has experienced many transitions, but his sweet personality remains unchanged. He is looking for a loving family committed to giving him a permanent home.
